Martyn Burridge

Martyn Burridge is a former Rugby union player and coach.
==Career==
He has played for numerous clubs around Wales most notably Cardiff RFC, Pontypool, Abertillery, Tredegar, Merthyr and Bridgend.
He has also had spells for Blaina, Garndiffaith, Aberavon Green Stars, Cross Keys, Rhymney & Abertysswg.
In the 1979 he was a member of the only Welsh rugby union side to win on South African soil. In the 90's he received a Monmouthshire county cap and in the following decade captained the Wales districts that toured Germany.
He was also a member of the Merthyr Rugby Team that gained 3 successive promotions alongside, Steve Sutton, Marc Pugh, Richie Donovan, Colin Hillman, Mark Dicks & Mark Titley. The team gained promotion for a number of consecutive years and went on to do the same for a season at Aberavon Green Stars.
He went on to coach Merthyr RFC along with Marc Pugh.
